-Multi-Property Reservations
Property Manager offers a central reservation functionality to hotels with multiple properties. A separate sub database is created for each location, which allows unlimited scalability. Reservations can be made at either the central reservation office, at the property, or both. The reservationist can choose to search availability at one property, more than one, or all. A master database of all guests from all properties is available and includes point tracking and a rewards program.
-Online Reservations
Property Manager online reservation can display current rate and availability information on your marketing website, as well as allow guests, travel agents, groups and wholesalers to make reservations and process credit card deposits. Reservations are stored immediately in the same database as normal “phone-in” reservations, providing one database for true “last room availability”. All reservations made Property Manager are completely commission free – no payments or any other entity are applied.
-Group Reservations
Property Manager contains extensive capabilities for handling group reservations, companies, wholesalers, conferences, and families Property Manager can book different number of rooms for the group on each night and can quickly release rooms after all names assigned, puts rooms not used back into inventory so they are no longer blocked.
-Guest Profile System / Check-in / Check-out

Guest Profile System features are part of the core system. The design is focused on accurate guest check-in and check-out as fast as possible with the minimum number of keystrokes and clicks, out of respect of the hotels guests time and again allowing them to give more of the human experience.
-Guest Loyalty
Guest Profile System is designed to track all relationships with guests to improve guest service and marketing. All guest visits and activity are tracked for future use. Points can be awarded for each reservation. The number of points can be different for different seasons, room types, total dollars spent, and other variables. Guests can make reservations by redeeming points. A complete history is kept of all reservations.
