Hotel Property Management and Reservation System Acquisition

Kansas City, KS. – MindSpring Software Inc. (www.mindspringsfotware.com) a software application development firm and Immersion-Tech Inc. a hospitality specific  firm, announced today that they have entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Immersion-Tech will acquire from MindSpring Software a sub-unit called Hotel SmartSuite (www.hotelsmartsuite.com).   The application called Hotel SmartSuite is a Web-Based Software-as -a-Service Hotel Property Management System and Central Reservation System; this system is used to run the entire day to day operations of the hotel and drive reservations.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions for transactions of this type. The terms were not disclosed.
